It is best to write this information and send us fax or email us this information.
- Web Server Operating system version (Windows 2003, Windows 2000 or NT 4.0 and its Service Pack)
- What you were doing when the problem occurred
- Internet Browser and its version
- Exact wording of any messages that appear on your screen
- Screenshot of browser page with the error description if available
- How to reproduce this problem.
