Before reporting a problem with the icTracker, please prepare the following information. It is best to write this information and send us fax or email us this information.

  • Web Server Operating system version (Windows 2003, Windows 2000 or NT 4.0 and its Service Pack)
  • What you were doing when the problem occurred
  • Internet Browser and its version
  • Exact wording of any messages that appear on your screen
  • Screenshot of browser page with the error description if available
  • How to reproduce this problem.
